Applicants may submit for an Oral Talk or an ePoster session. While you can indicate your preferred format, final decisions will be made by our Programme Committee based on content and agenda flow.

What to Include in Your Speaking Proposal
Craft a compelling presentation title (20–25 words) and outline your session with 3–4 bullet points (each 20–30 words). Focus on sharing practical knowledge or strategic insights—strictly no sales pitches or promotional content.
Submission Format & Requirements
Follow the word count and content guidelines carefully. Visuals such as figures or photos can be submitted separately via email after your proposal has been uploaded.
What Happens After You Submit
You’ll receive an acknowledgment within 5–6 business days. All listed co-authors will be informed once the Programme Committee has made a final decision.
Submission Policy & Flexibility
You may withdraw your submission at any time by contacting the Programme Lead. If you wish to submit your proposal to another Kick-Flow conference, please note that only one event will evaluate it at a time.
