The team leader coordinates with you to identify clear KPI expectations and introduces you to the team. They formulate a thorough training schedule with your consultation to bring out optimal results. The team leader is also allotted the task of evaluating your training model with the internal staff and keeps a detailed record of each session for future reference.

Report

Once the training of your allotted staff is completed, they enter the pre-live phase wherein they give you real-time updates on the progress of your order. The team leader closely evaluates and monitors the entire process to make sure that it lives up to your determined KPIs.

Follow up
